Job Description

Designation: Sales Specialist


Experience: At least 1 year of Field Sales Experience 

Qualification: 10th Standard /10+2/Graduate , 2 wheeler and DL Mandatory

Languages known: 

Industry: FMCG, Retail, Banking, Insurance, Consumer Durables, DTH, EdTech, etc.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday 

Locations: Delhi


Job Description :

  • Generate leads through door-to-door activities and cold calling.
  • Acquire new customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Conduct weekly BTL activities such as kiosk activities, leafleting and brochure distribution.
  • Participate in on-ground and group activities to counter competition.
  • Generate sales from low-utilized areas and improve business potential.
  • Assist the Branch Sales In-charge in preparing sales plans.
  • Ensure proper brand visibility across assigned projects/areas.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Submit daily calls and sales reports to the Reporting Manager / Branch Sales In-charge.
