Job Description
Senior Accountant (NBFC)Experience: 5+ Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
- Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
- Prepare MIS, P&L, Balance Sheet, and financial reports.
- Perform bank, vendor, and branch reconciliations.
- Manage loan disbursement, EMI posting, interest accrual, and collection accounting.
- Support internal, statutory, and RBI audits.
- Ensure accuracy in monthly and year-end closing activities.
Required Skills:
- Tally Prime / ERP
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
- GST & TDS
- Bank Reconciliation (BRS)
- Financial Reporting & MIS
- Loan & EMI Accounting
- Audit Handling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Industry: NBFC / Microfinance / Banking / Financial Services
