Hiring: Senior Accountant – Logistics

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant for our Logistics company who can independently handle the complete accounting operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete day-to-day accounting for logistics operations.

- Handle sales, purchase, expense, payment and receipt entries.

- Maintain customer and transporter/vendor ledgers.

- Handle billing, freight invoices and payment reconciliation.

- Manage customer outstanding and transporter/vendor payments.

- Perform bank and ledger reconciliation.

- Handle GST, TDS and other accounting compliances.

- Prepare MIS reports, P&L, Balance Sheet and other financial reports.

- Coordinate with CA, auditors, customers and vendors.

- Track expenses, collections and outstanding payments.

- Maintain proper records and documentation.

- Independently manage accounts and provide regular financial updates to management.

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in Logistics/Transport/Transportation industry.

- Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST & TDS.

- Good knowledge of billing, reconciliation and ledger management.

- Candidate should be capable of handling complete accounts independently.

- Good communication and analytical skills.

- B.Com/M.Com preferred.
