Roles and Responsibilities


  • Sales and Business Development


  • Meet and explain products and solutions to customers and industry consultants


  • Manage key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to increase sales revenue.


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.


  • Negotiate, secure deals, follow up with customers, retain customers


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.


  • Identify market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategy.


  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets by effectively managing time, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
