Job Description
An SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Specialist will manage search visibility, site rankings, and web traffic growth for our company.
Primary Goal: To Improve our website's position on search engine results pages (SERPs) to drive qualified organic traffic and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Keyword Research: Conduct ongoing discovery, grouping, and optimization of high-intent search terms.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize web page copy, title tags, meta descriptions, headers, and internal linking structures.
- Off-Page & Link Building: Execute link-building strategies, digital PR, and domain authority growth.
- Content Collaboration: Work with content writers and editors to build SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, and content strategies.
- Performance Tracking: To Monitor metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Knowledge: Working familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript behavior, and CMS platforms like WordPress.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret web traffic patterns, algorithm updates, and competitor gap analyses.
- Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical self-taught experience) with 1 to 4+ years of hands-on SEO execution.
