Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Shopify Website Executive to manage and optimize our online store storefront. You will oversee product catalog updates, daily website operations, promotional updates, basic layout updates, and site performance to deliver a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Store & Catalog Operations: Create, update, and manage SKUs, product titles, descriptions, pricing, collection pages, variants, and high-quality product images.
Content & Merchandising: Maintain homepage banners, promotional landing pages, menu navigation, and collection filters to align with current marketing campaigns.
Order & Inventory Tracking: Monitor live inventory levels, resolve out-of-stock items, and coordinate with the fulfillment team to handle cancellations, returns, and delivery queries.
App & Tool Management: Integrate and configure essential Shopify apps (e.g., reviews, live chat, loyalty programs, pop-ups, and email capture tools).
On-Page SEO & Performance: Optimize product copy, meta titles, descriptions, image alt tags, and store page speed for search engine visibility.
Conversion & Analytics Monitoring: Track key e-commerce metrics (conversion rate, bounce rate, site traffic, top-selling products) using Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics to recommend UI/UX improvements.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve basic site glitches, broken links, payment gateway errors, and mobile responsiveness issues.
