Position: Showroom Manager

Department: Sales & Operations

Industry: Two-Wheeler Dealership

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall branch operations, including Sales, Service, Spares, and Customer Relations.
• Achieve monthly sales, service, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate branch employees to improve performance.
• Monitor daily enquiries, bookings, deliveries, service inflow, and collections.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and timely resolution of complaints.
• Monitor stock, vehicle inventory, spares, cash handling, and branch expenses.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, dealership standards, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Sales, Service, and Head Office teams.
• Review branch KPIs and submit periodic performance reports to management.
• Drive local marketing activities and business development initiatives.

Requirements: Graduate/Diploma with 3–5 years of automobile/two-wheeler dealership experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong leadership, sales, operations, and customer-handling skills required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
