Social Media Manager

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage our Instagram page end-to-end

• Plan and create engaging Reels, Stories & Posts

• Regularly shoot content at our store — outfit videos, behind-the-scenes, styling content, new arrivals & more

• Be comfortable shooting videos on a phone and creating Reels independently

• Plan and execute the monthly content calendar

• Manage Instagram DMs and customer enquiries

• Run and manage Meta Ads

• Monitor insights, reach, engagement and overall page growth

• Coordinate with the team for shoots, launches, campaigns and influencer collaborations

• Stay updated with current Instagram trends, formats, sounds and content styles

• Help build a strong, premium visual identity for the brand

SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong understanding of Instagram & social media marketing

• Good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager

• Excellent Reels/content creation skills

• Comfortable being on-site and actively shooting content

• Good eye for fashion, styling, aesthetics and visual storytelling

• Basic skills in video editing — CapCut / VN / similar

• Good communication and copywriting skills

• Creative, proactive and willing to experiment with new content ideas

• Ability to independently plan, execute and manage social media

• Prior experience with a fashion / luxury / lifestyle brand is a plus

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just “post on Instagram” — but can take ownership of the brand’s digital presence and help grow it.
