Social Media Manager

Job description:

You'll write scripts for our promotional and ad videos, work directly with our doctors to plan and shape each video, and then coach and direct them on camera so they come across as confident, natural, and trustworthy. You're the bridge between "what the doctor knows" and "a video that makes a patient pick up the phone."

Key Responsibilities

• Write engaging scripts for short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, ad creatives, patient testimonials, treatment explainers) in Hindi, English, and Hinglish
• Sit down with doctors to interview them, understand the treatment/topic, and translate medical information into simple, persuasive, layman-friendly language
• Plan content: concepts, storyboards, shot lists, and a posting calendar
• Direct and coach doctors on camera — guide their delivery, tone, body language, and pacing; run retakes; make non-actors look and sound natural and credible
• Be physically present at our West Delhi clinics for shoots
• Align content with our marketing goals (driving patient inquiries and calls), not just views
• Ensure scripts are medically responsible and avoid misleading or guaranteed-cure claims

What We're Looking For

• Proven scriptwriting ability for short-form video — you can hook a viewer in the first 3 seconds
• Strong command of Hindi and English (Hinglish writing is a big plus for our audience)
• Ability to direct and coach camera-shy people — this is essential, not optional
• Good instinct for what makes social/ad content actually convert
• Comfortable working on-site in West Delhi (Uttam Nagar / Janakpuri)
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage a shoot calendar
