1. Meta & Digital Advertising

Plan, launch and manage Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads.

Develop campaigns focused on lead generation, consultations and client acquisition.

Create different ad sets, audiences and creatives and continuously A/B test them.

Manage campaign budgets and optimise Cost Per Lead (CPL) and conversion rates.

Set up and manage retargeting campaigns.

Explore and manage Google Ads and other relevant advertising platforms.

2. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

Generate a consistent flow of high-quality leads for the clinic.

Work on strategies to convert leads into appointments and consultations.

Analyse where leads are dropping off and suggest improvements.

Coordinate with the clinic's sales/front-desk team to improve lead conversion.

Track leads → appointments → consultations → paying clients.

3. Social Media Management

Manage Instagram, Facebook and other relevant social media platforms.

Develop a monthly content strategy.

Identify trending content, Reels concepts and topics relevant to our audience.

Plan and coordinate posts, Reels, Stories and promotional campaigns.

Maintain a premium and professional brand image.

4. Content & Creative

Develop creative concepts for advertisements and social media.

Work with the team to create Reels, videos, graphics and promotional creatives.

Basic video editing skills are required.

Understand what type of content attracts attention and generates enquiries.

Continuously test new hooks, offers, creatives and messaging.

5. Analytics & Reporting

Monitor campaign performance on a regular basis.

Prepare reports covering:

Leads generated

Cost per lead

Appointments booked

Consultation conversion

Client acquisition cost

Revenue generated from campaigns

Use data to make decisions and improve campaign performance.
