Job Title: Sales Executive – B2B & B2CCompany: Shree Shyam TradersLocation: Kirti Nagar Timber Market, New DelhiJob Type: Full-Time, Work From OfficeSalary: ₹19,000–₹25,000 per month + Performance IncentivesExperience: Minimum 2 YearsEducation: Minimum GraduateOpenings: 4Shree Shyam Traders is hiring experienced and confident Sales Executives for our Cane Webbing, Furniture Hardware and Interior Materials business.The candidate will be responsible for handling both B2B and B2C sales, including enquiries from Architects, Interior Designers, Furniture Manufacturers, Factories, Contractors, Dealers, Carpenters, Showroom Walk-in Customers and Retail Buyers.Key Responsibilities:Handle B2B and B2C sales enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and showroomSpeak with architects, interior designers, factories, dealers, contractors and retail customersUnderstand customer requirements and recommend suitable productsExplain product specifications, sizes, applications and pricingPrepare and share quotations, price lists and product detailsRegularly follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed ordersGenerate new leads and develop new B2B customer accountsMaintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat businessHandle showroom walk-in customers and counter salesNegotiate prices and commercial terms within approved limitsCoordinate with Accounts, Warehouse and Dispatch teams for smooth order processingMaintain lead, quotation, follow-up and sales recordsMaintain customer database and basic reports in MS ExcelFollow up for pending payments and customer ordersWork towards monthly sales and collection targetsRequired Skills:B2B SalesB2C SalesTelesalesCounter SalesLead GenerationBusiness DevelopmentClient Relationship ManagementSales ClosingNegotiationFollow UpKey Account ManagementChannel SalesDistributor SalesCustomer HandlingBasic MS ExcelCandidate Requirements:Minimum GraduateMinimum 2 years of practical sales experienceFluent English communication is mandatoryGood Hindi communicationStrong telephone and WhatsApp communication skillsConfident and professional personalityStrong customer handling, negotiation and closing skillsComfortable with regular follow-ups and monthly sales targetsShould be able to independently handle a lead from enquiry to order closureBasic computer and MS Excel knowledge requiredPreferred Industry Experience:Candidates having prior experience in Interior Products, Building Materials, Furniture & Furnishing, Furniture Hardware, Plywood, Architectural Products, Wholesale Trading or Manufacturing will be preferred.Incentives: Performance-based monthly incentives over and above fixed salary.Important: This role includes B2B Sales + B2C Sales + Telesales + Showroom/Counter Sales.
