Job Requirement – Team Leader (Field Verification)Position: Team Leader – Field Verification ProcessExperience: 1–2 years Qualification: Graduate Key

Responsibilities:

·        Handle and supervise the field verification team.Allocate cases to Field Executives based on location and area knowledge.E

·        nsure timely allocation and completion of assigned cases.

·        Have good knowledge of local areas and locations for effective case allocation.

·        Track daily field activities and team performance.Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports.

·        Coordinate with Field Executives and the backend team for smooth case processing.

·        Monitor TAT, pending cases, and closures.Follow up with the field team to ensure timely completion of cases.

Required Skills:

Good communication and coordination skills.Strong knowledge of local areas/locations.Basic MS Excel and MIS knowledge.Ability to manage and coordinate a field team.Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.Prior experience in field verification, collection, investigation, or similar operations will be preferred.
