Job Summary:

The Female Telecaller is responsible for contacting existing and potential customers, generating sales leads, promoting the company's soft toys and teddy bear products, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining good relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and gift shops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and potential customers.
• Introduce and promote the company's teddy bears and soft toy product range.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
• Maintain customer databases and update call records.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and production teams regarding order status.
• Inform customers about new product launches, offers, and promotions.
• Collect customer feedback and market information.

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
• Freshers with good confidence can also apply.

Experience:

• 0–3 years of experience in tele calling, sales, or customer support.

Salary:

• 10000-15000/- per month (Depend on experience or knowledge)
• Incentives also provided based on performance and sales achievements.

Working Hours:

• 10am -7:30pm
• Monday to Saturday.
