We are expanding our direct-to-consumer (B2C) outreach and looking for energetic, empathetic, and target-driven Telecallers to join our customer success and sales team. Role Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of Pureform Wellness, connecting directly with prospective customers interested in our natural weight loss and wellness supplements. Your role will involve understanding customer wellness goals, explaining the benefits of our Ayurvedic formulations, building trust, and converting inquiries into confirmed sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound & Inbound Calling: Handle inbound leads and make outbound calls to prospective B2C customers who have shown interest in our Ayurvedic weight loss products.
• Consultative Selling: Understand customer lifestyle challenges, health goals, and concerns, and recommend the right Pureform Wellness supplement plans.
• Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Relationship Management: Maintain follow-up schedules with warm leads to build rapport and drive repeat or cross-category purchases.
• Order Processing & CRM: Accurately record customer details, order notes, and call dispositions in our CRM/database.
• Customer Support: Address basic queries regarding product usage, ingredients, delivery status, and dosage guidelines.
• Candidate Profile & RequirementsExperience: 0 to 2 years of experience in B2C tele-sales, customer support, or inside sales (experience in health/wellness or e-commerce is a strong plus).
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and English; ability to speak with empathy and confidence.
• Mindset: Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with outbound calling.
• Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduation from a recognized board/university.
