Job Description
We are looking for motivated, confident and target-oriented candidates who can communicate effectively with customers and generate quality leads for our real estate business.
Call prospective customers and generate leads for residential properties.
Explain property details, pricing, location and available options to customers.
Understand customer requirements, budget and preferred location.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Convince potential buyers to schedule property site visits.
Coordinate with the sales team and share qualified leads.
Maintain daily calling records, follow-ups and lead updates in CRM/Google Sheets.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
