- Customers/clients ko phone calls par contact karna.
- Company ke products, services aur offers ke baare mein information dena.
- Interested leads ko follow-up karna aur maintain karna.
- Customer queries ko professionally handle karna.
- Daily calling targets achieve karna.
- Calls aur customer details ko computer/system mein update karna.
- Daily calling report maintain karna.
- Sales/lead generation team ke saath coordinate karna.
- 💻 Required Skills
- Computer knowledge is MUST.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / MS Word.
- Computer par data entry aur internet browsing ki knowledge.
- Good communication skills.
- Hindi communication must; basic English preferred.
- Confident and polite personality.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
