Job Description

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and follow up with prospective customers. 



Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers/candidates from the given database
  • Handle inbound calls and resolve basic queries
  • Explain products, services, or job details clearly
  • Follow up with interested leads and maintain call records
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
  • Handle objections politely and professionally
  • Update CRM or call tracking sheets regularly
