About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to communicate with customers, generate leads, handle inquiries and support the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Explain products/ services clearly to customers
• Generate and follow up leads
• Handle customer queries professionally
• Maintain customer and call records
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
• Handle customer objections and provide suitalbe solution
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversation
• Maintain professional phone etiquette
