Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.

Explain Home Loan, LAP and Business Loan products to customers.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.

Generate and qualify leads through calling.

Follow up regularly with interested customers.

Convince customers and convert leads into business.

Coordinate with the sales and backend team for further processing.

Maintain customer details and regular follow-up records.

Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling & sales targets
