Job Description

Handle Inquiries: Respond to customer queries via calls, emails, and chats regarding domestic or international holiday packages.

Create Itineraries: Design customized travel itineraries and competitive cost quotations based on client preferences and budgets.

Sales Conversion: Convert incoming leads into confirmed bookings and meet monthly sales targets.

Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and Destination Management Companies (DMCs) for bookings and pricing.

Follow-Ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients and manage end-to-end customer relationships. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
