Job Description

Handle domestic and international tour inquiries (FIT & Group Tours)

Design and customize tour packages as per client requirements

Flight booking, hotel reservations, transport & sightseeing arrangements

Visa assistance and documentation coordination

Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into bookings

Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and vendors

Prepare itineraries, quotations, and costing sheets

Manage pre-departure and post-travel customer support

Maintain booking records, payments, and invoices

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
