Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our travel team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, converting leads into bookings, preparing travel quotations, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.

Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable packages.

Prepare and share travel quotations, itineraries, and package details.

Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, DMCs, and other travel partners.

Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.

Upsell and cross-sell hotels, sightseeing, transfers, activities, flights, and other travel services.

Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, bookings, and payments.

Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after the booking.

Stay updated on destinations, hotels, travel packages, and market trends.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in sales/travel sales preferred.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Experience in travel, tourism, hotel, or DMC sales will be an advantage.

Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and basic computer applications.

Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.

Positive attitude, confidence, and strong convincing skills.

Ability to handle multiple customer enquiries simultaneously.

Compensation

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Incentives(6x )

Salary can be based on experience and performance.
