Job Description
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
Understand customers' travel requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages.
Sell domestic and international travel packages.
Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and travel partners for bookings.
Update customer details and sales activities in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.
