Visa Officer

We are looking for an experienced Tourist Visa Consultant / Visa Processing Executive to join our visa consultancy team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience handling tourist visa applications and be confident in dealing with clients, documentation, application forms, and visa processing procedures.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle tourist visa applications for countries such as USA, Canada, UK, Schengen, Australia, Europe, and other international destinations.
• Understand client requirements and recommend the appropriate visa category.
• Prepare, review, and organize visa application forms and supporting documents.
• Ensure applications are complete and accurate before submission.
• Communicate with clients regarding documentation, application status, appointments, and requirements.
• Follow up on pending applications and provide regular updates to clients.
• Handle visa appointment scheduling and related documentation.
• Stay updated on changes in visa rules, documentation requirements, and application procedures.
• Maintain proper records of applications and client documents.
• Coordinate with internal team members to ensure applications are processed smoothly.
• Handle client queries professionally through phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person communication.
• RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in tourist visa consultancy / visa processing.
• Strong practical knowledge of tourist visa documentation and procedures.
• Experience handling multiple visa destinations is preferred.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple applications simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Professional and presentable personality.
