Overview:

The Visa Officer will be responsible for managing visa applications, handling documentation, coordinating with relevant authorities, and supporting candidates throughout the visa process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle visa applications and end-to-end documentation.
• Verify and maintain candidate documents as per visa requirements.
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and relevant authorities.
• Track visa applications and provide timely updates to candidates.
• Resolve documentation or application-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 6 months – 2 years in visa filing/documentation.
• Knowledge of visa regulations and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
• Performance-based incentives

Work Details:

• Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• Working Days: Monday – Saturday (1st & 3rd Saturdays off)
• Work Mode: Work from Office
• Location: Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, Delhi
