Job Title: Warehouse & Operations Supervisor (Fruits & Vegetables)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse & Operations Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations for our fruits and vegetables supply business, serving e-commerce companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of 10 warehouse employees.
• Handle daily warehouse operations and staff coordination.
• Manage procurement of fruits and vegetables as per order requirements.
• Monitor stock, inventory and maintain proper records.
• Ensure product quality, freshness, sorting and packing standards.
• Plan and manage logistics, vehicle movement and dispatch schedules.
• Ensure all orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
• Minimize wastage, delays and inventory mismatches.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse staff and logistics teams.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or operations management.
• Experience in FMCG, fruits & vegetables or e-commerce supply chain preferred.
• Good team handling and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of inventory, procurement and dispatch management.
• Strong coordination, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer and Excel knowledge.

We need someone who can independently manage the complete warehouse operations, lead a team and ensure smooth, efficient and timely execution of daily activities.
