The Janpath News के लिए एक creative और result-oriented YouTube & Social Media Specialist की आवश्यकता है, जिसे YouTube, Instagram, Facebook और अन्य Social Media Platforms की अच्छी practical understanding हो।
Candidate को Canva की अच्छी knowledge होनी चाहिए और वह News Content के लिए Shorts/Reels की basic-to-good level editing भी कर सके। Candidate को Digital News और Current Affairs में रुचि तथा Social Media Trends की समझ होना जरूरी है।
Key Responsibilities
• The Janpath News के YouTube, Instagram, Facebook और अन्य Social Media Accounts को professionally manage करना।
• YouTube पर Videos और Shorts को सही Title, Description, Keywords, Tags और Hashtags के साथ publish और optimize करना।
• News और Podcast के Long Videos से engaging YouTube Shorts / Instagram Reels तैयार करना।
• Shorts/Reels में cuts, captions, subtitles, text, images, music और basic effects का सही इस्तेमाल करना।
• Canva पर अच्छी command हो और Social Media Posts, Reels Covers, YouTube Community Posts तथा अन्य creatives बना सके।
• Breaking News और Trending Topics के लिए तेजी से Social Media creatives और posts तैयार करना।
• YouTube के CTR, Audience Retention, Watch Time, Views, Subscribers और Analytics को regularly monitor करना।
• कौन-से topics और formats Social Media/YouTube पर trend कर रहे हैं, इसकी नियमित research करना।
• पुराने Videos की performance देखकर जरूरत के अनुसार Title, Description, Keywords और Packaging improve करने के suggestions देना।
• Instagram/Facebook पर Reels और Posts की reach एवं engagement बढ़ाने पर काम करना।
• Newsroom और Editorial Team के साथ coordinate करके content को समय पर publish करना।
Required Skills
• YouTube Studio की अच्छी practical knowledge।
• Canva की अच्छी command अनिवार्य है।
• YouTube Shorts और Instagram Reels Editing आनी चाहिए।
• YouTube SEO, Keywords, Titles, Descriptions, Tags और Hashtags की समझ।
• YouTube Analytics, CTR, Audience Retention और Watch Time की basic-to-good understanding।
• Instagram और Facebook Content Management की जानकारी।
• Social Media Trends और Viral Content को identify करने की क्षमता।
• Hindi typing और Hindi News Content की अच्छी समझ।
• Breaking News environment में तेजी से काम करने की क्षमता।
Additional Skills PreferredAdobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, CapCut या अन्य Video Editing Software की जानकारी अतिरिक्त advantage होगी।
Digital News Channel, YouTube Channel या Social Media Agency में काम करने का previous experience preferred रहेगा।
