Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and skilled 3D Visualizer to join our Architecture & Interior Design team. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, realistic renders, and walkthrough visuals for residential and interior projects.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architecture, interior materials, lighting, furniture, composition, and photorealistic visualization.

Key Responsibilities

1. 3D Modeling

Create accurate 3D models based on architectural drawings, CAD plans, and design concepts.

Develop detailed models for residential interiors, villas, apartments, and other architectural projects.

Model furniture, ceilings, walls, flooring, kitchens, wardrobes, and custom design elements.

Maintain accurate dimensions and proportions according to approved drawings.

2. Materials & Texturing

Apply realistic materials, textures, finishes, and colors.

Create realistic representations of wood, marble, stone, metal, glass, fabric, paint, and other interior materials.

Ensure materials match the approved design specifications and mood boards.

3. Lighting & Rendering

Set up realistic interior and exterior lighting.

Create high-quality, photorealistic renders.

Produce day views, night views, and other required lighting scenarios.

Ensure proper camera angles, composition, shadows, reflections, and overall visual quality.

4. Design Coordination

Coordinate with Interior Designers, Architects, and the Design Coordinator.

Understand design briefs, reference images, mood boards, and client requirements.

Make revisions and updates based on feedback from the design team.

Ensure that the final 3D visuals accurately represent the approved design.

5. Quality & Timeline Management

Complete assigned projects within committed deadlines.

Maintain consistency and high quality across all project visuals.

Follow the company's file naming, folder structure, and project management system.

Take ownership of assigned work and provide regular progress updates.

Software Skills Required

The candidate should have good working knowledge of:

3ds Max / SketchUp

Corona Renderer / V-Ray

AutoCAD

Photoshop

Knowledge of Lumion, D5 Render, Enscape, Unreal Engine, or other visualization software will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of Interior Design and Architecture.

Excellent sense of materials, textures, colors, lighting, and composition.

Ability to create realistic and high-quality photorealistic renders.

Good knowledge of furniture detailing and interior elements.

Ability to understand 2D architectural and interior drawings.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to take feedback positively and make revisions efficiently.

Good time-management and multitasking skills.

Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Experience & Qualification

Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, or a related field.

Experience: Fresher to 5+ years, depending on the position.

A strong portfolio of Architecture and Interior 3D visualization work is mandatory.
