Job Description

Soul Pharmacy is looking for a reliable Accounts Assistant to help with our daily paperwork and finances. This is a great entry-level role for someone organized and good with numbers.

Daily Tasks:

  • Recording daily sales and organizing receipts.
  • Checking supplier invoices.
  • Updating our simple bookkeeping system.
  • Bank Reconciliation & Sales Reconciliation
  • Helping the manager with basic office filing and admin.

What we need from you:

  • Basic math skills and a clear head for details.
  • Experience using a computer (especially Excel).
  • A friendly, helpful attitude.
