Job Description – Accountant

Location: Noida, Sector 63A

Department: Accounts & Finance

Experience: Only Experienced Candidates

Salary: As per experience and interview performance

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally

- Handle purchase, sales, receipt and payment entries

- Maintain and reconcile ledger accounts

- Assist in GST-related work, including basic GST data preparation and reconciliation

- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers and other accounting documents

- Assist in bank reconciliation and routine accounting activities

- Maintain proper records of expenses and other financial transactions

- Support the senior accounts team in monthly closing and reporting

- Ensure accuracy of accounting records and timely completion of assigned tasks

- Perform other accounting and finance-related activities as required

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime, Zoho Books

- Basic understanding of GST

- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles

- Basic MS Excel knowledge will be an advantage

- Good communication and willingness to learn
