Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, reconciliations, invoicing, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and expense entries.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Perform bank, ledger, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Maintain proper records of bills, invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Assist in preparing monthly MIS and financial reports.
• Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Monitor and record company expenses.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, clients, and external accountants when required.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting tasks.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification in Finance or Accounting.

Regular Graduate student only.

Preferred Candidate

• 1– 3years of relevant experience in Accounts/Finance.
• Experience in real estate, brokerage, or service-sector accounting will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners can be considered.

Salary

As per industry standards and based on experience & skills.

Offered Salary 25-32K P.M. ( Negotiable)
