Accounts Executive

• Job Responsibilities:Handle day-to-day accounting and billing activities.
• Prepare sales invoices, purchase invoices, quotations, and other billing documents.
• Maintain accounts and entries in BUSY Accounting Software.
• Record online and offline sales & purchase transactions.
• Manage purchase and sales entries, payment/receipt entries, and ledger reconciliation.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation is required.
• Assist in GST-related data preparation and documentation.
• Maintain proper records of customers, vendors, outstanding payments, and receivables/payables.
• Verify bills, invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with customers and vendors regarding invoices, payments, and outstanding amounts.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and support monthly closing activities.
• Handle online sales/purchase transactions and maintain proper documentation.
• Candidate Requirements:1–3 years of experience in Accounts/Billing.
• Good working knowledge of BUSY Accounting Software.
• Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, billing, and accounting entries.
• Experience in sales and purchase entry is preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Candidate should be responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in manufacturing/trading companies will be given preference.
