Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Assist customers with loan application procedures.
  • verify, and maintain customer documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing.
  • Follow up with customers regarding pending documents and application status.
  • Resolve customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/software regularly.
  • Ensure timely processing of loan applications.
  • Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and required documentation to customers.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.
