Job Description
- Salary 15k 20k
- Only female

- ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and monitor all day-to-day activities in the office
- Record all the office data and maintain the databases and documentation of the same
- Deal with customer complaints and bring them to the attention of the stakeholders if required
- Manage office equipment and supplies
- Work on activities such as performing market research and processing this research data as a backend executive
- Schedule appointments, organise staff meetings and update calendars based on the same
- Assist with inventory control and keep track of the stockpile and supplies
- Required skills and qualificationsProficiency in MS Office suite, which includes Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Solid organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
- Prior experience working as a back office executive, or any backend executive job
- Understanding of administrative processes, and customer service
