Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Lead and monitor CRM, CRE, Front Office and Backend teams.
• Achieve monthly sales, collection and revenue targets.
• Conduct daily morning meetings and review team performance.
• Monitor leads, follow-ups, conversions, collections and pending payments.
• Ensure proper client handling and high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor employee attendance, discipline, productivity and performance.
• Ensure all company SOPs, policies and reporting systems are followed.
• Maintain daily closing reports and submit branch performance reports to Head Office.
• Coordinate with Head Office regarding operations, HR, finance and marketing.
• Handle branch expenses, petty cash and expense reconciliation.
• Identify performance gaps and take corrective action with management approval.
• Ensure proper maintenance of office, studio, inventory and other branch facilities.
• Responsible for overall branch profitability, productivity and work culture.

Performance Expectations

The Branch Manager will be directly responsible for branch revenue, collections, team productivity, client satisfaction, discipline and overall operational performance. Performance will be reviewed monthly against company targets and KPIs.
