Job Description
• Own the branch's business loan disbursement target
• Drive hiring for the branch sales team (Sales Executives) in coordination with HR, and build a pipeline for future sales hiring as the branch scales
• Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for Sales Executives — product knowledge, field sourcing technique, basic credit/documentation literacy, and use of the company’s software's
• Lead, mentor, and manage day-to-day performance of the sales team, including regular coaching and performance reviews
• Build relationships with local business communities in Noida's key commercial clusters
• Coordinate with the Credit Manager to ensure sourced files meet credit quality benchmarks
• Track branch-level sales MIS and report to the Product Head
• Ensure all sales activity follows RBI/NBFC fair-practice and compliance norms
