About the RoleSKYWIRE BROADCAST is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong business development, client acquisition and communication skills, with the ability to identify new opportunities and convert them into successful business relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through various channels.
• Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, meetings and other business channels.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers in coordination with the internal team.
• Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into business.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research and identify new customer segments and opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales, technical and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain regular updates of leads, follow-ups and sales activities.
• RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales / Corporate Sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good lead generation and client-handling abilities.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Experience in Broadcast, AV, IT, Electronics, Media Technology or related industries will be an advantage.
• Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing or related field preferred.
