Salary: 2.5 to 3.5 LPA + Incentives (Incentives based on client acquisition — high earning potential)
Job Description:
Iconiq Energy is hiring a Business Development Executive to generate leads, pitch solar/energy solutions, and close client deals. Great opportunity for candidates who are confident on calls, good with follow-ups, and want to earn well through incentives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Tele calling to potential customers and generating leads
- Preparing and sharing technical/price proposals with clients
- Daily follow-ups with clients over Email and WhatsApp
- Client acquisition and closing sales (incentive-based earnings)
- Maintaining client records and updating status regularly
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, WhatsApp)
- Convincing and follow-up skills
- Interest in sales/target-based work
- Knowledge of Solar Products is an advantage
Eligibility:
Minimum Qualification: Diploma / Graduate
Experience- At least 1 years in sales or tele-calling preferred. (Technical Sales is an advantage)
