Job Description
Job Description:
- Generate and convert leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand clients’ business requirements and funding needs.
- Explain relevant government schemes, business loans, subsidies, and consultancy services.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain strong client relationships.
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients.
- Maintain lead and sales records using Google Sheets/CRM.
- Coordinate with the operations team after client conversion.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to improving sales and conversion processes.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Telesales, or a related role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and regular follow-ups.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, CRM, and WhatsApp Business.
- Experience in loans, finance, MSME, government schemes, or business consultancy is a plus.
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month + Performance Incentives
