**Key Responsibilities:**
🔹 Generate leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and broker networks.
🔹 Build and maintain relationships with brokers and channel partners.
🔹 Coordinate client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.
🔹 Support proposals, commercial discussions, and deal closures.
🔹 Maintain CRM records and conduct market research.

✅ Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills
✅ Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
