Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Provide expert counselling to students and parents for NEET UG & PG (MBBS admissions)
• Guide students for domestic and international MBBS admissions
• Assist with college selection, documentation, and application processes
• Handle inbound & outbound calls, follow-ups, and queries efficiently
• Offer personalized guidance based on NEET scores and student preferences
• Stay updated on NEET counselling procedures, cut-offs, and trends
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents
• Achieve counselling and conversion targets
Requirements & Skills
• 2–3+ years of experience as an Admission Counselor (preferably in MBBS/medical domain)
• Experience handling domestic & international candidates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of NEET UG/PG counselling process
• Target-driven with a passion for helping students succeed
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
