Business Development Executive ka main kaam prospective students aur working professionals se calls par connect karna, unki career requirements samajhna, aur unhe suitable technology programs ke baare mein counselling dena hoga. Candidate ko AI, Data Science, Cyber Security, Generative AI jaise programs explain karke interested learners ko enrollment process tak guide karna hoga.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads aur potential customers ko outbound/inbound calls karna
- Students aur working professionals ki education & career counselling karna
- AI, Data Science, Generative AI, Cyber Security aur other technology programs explain karna
- Course curriculum, duration, fees, classes aur career support ki information dena
- Interested learners ke saath regular follow-up karna
- Demo/orientation sessions schedule karna
- Leads ko enrollment/admission mein convert karna
- CRM mein calls, follow-ups aur lead status update karna
- Monthly sales/admission targets achieve karna
- Students ke questions aur objections professionally handle karna
Required Skills:
- Good English & Hindi communication skills
- Strong calling and counselling skills
- Sales and convincing ability
- Basic understanding of AI/IT courses preferred
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Fresher aur experienced candidates dono apply kar sakte hain
Preferred Background:
EdTech Sales, Education Counselling, Inside Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, Admission Counselling or similar experience.
