Job Description
Real Estate Sales Executive
We are looking for an Honest, Hardworking and Result-Oriented Real Estate Sales Executive with prior experience in the Real Estate Industry.
Key Responsibilities
Handle company-provided real estate leads and conduct regular follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements, budget and property preferences.
Explain project details, pricing, location and investment benefits.
Convince customers and generate property site visits.
Coordinate site visits and follow up with customers.
Convert qualified leads into property bookings and sales.
Maintain lead records and achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
Mandatory: Prior experience in Real Estate Sales.
Experience in Residential / Commercial Real Estate preferred.
Honest, hardworking and responsible.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Strong customer-handling and negotiation abilities.
Experience in B2C sales, cold calling and site visits.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
