Job Description
We are hiring a Business Development Manager for Noida Sector 126.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
- Generate and convert leads into property bookings.
- Monitor team performance, follow-ups, and site visits.
- Train and motivate team members.
- Handle key clients and support the team in closing deals.
- Track sales reports, pipelines, and daily activities.
- Develop strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- 1–10 years of experience in sales/team handling.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Target-oriented with good team management abilities.
