Job OverviewCAD Desk is looking for a knowledgeable and passionate CAD Trainer to train students and professionals in various design and engineering software. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, practical experience, and excellent teaching skills.

Software Expertise RequiredThe candidate should have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:

  • AutoCAD
  • Autodesk Revit
  • 3ds Max
  • STAAD.Pro
  • Key ResponsibilitiesConduct professional training sessions for students and working professionals.
  • Teach software concepts from basic to advanced levels.
  • Provide practical and project-based training.
  • Prepare training materials, assignments, exercises, and presentations.
  • Guide students in developing technical and software skills.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluate student performance.
  • Resolve technical queries and provide individual guidance when required.
  • Stay updated with the latest software features and industry practices.
  • Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
  • Support students in completing projects and developing their portfolios.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsStrong practical knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, and STAAD.Pro.
  • Previous experience as a CAD Trainer, Design Trainer, or Technical Instructor will be preferred.
  • Good understanding of architectural, interior, civil, or structural design workflows.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
  • Strong problem-solving and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to handle classroom and individual training sessions.
  • Preferred QualificationDiploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant software certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience: 2–5 Years Preferred
