Job Description

  • Prepare Continental and Chinese dishes with consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
  • Plan and manage menus, recipes, and portion sizes.
  • Bring and lead an existing kitchen team.
  • Manage kitchen staffing, shift schedules, and daily operations.
  • Calculate and control food costs, minimise wastage, and optimise ingredient usage.
  • Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and plan ingredient purchases.
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Work flexible shifts according to outlet requirements.
