Job Description

  • Prepare and cook a variety of authentic and popular Chinese dishes.
  • Handle Chinese cooking techniques including wok cooking, stir-frying, sautéing, steaming, and deep-frying.
  • Prepare sauces, gravies, marinades, stocks, and other kitchen preparations.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, portion size, and quality.
  • Ensure proper mise en place before service.
  • Manage food preparation during peak hours and ensure timely order completion.
  • Monitor food quality and freshness of ingredients.
  • Follow standard recipes and maintain consistency across all dishes.
