Job Description

Summary:

We are hiring female candidates for the Client Relationship Associate (CRA) position in Sector 4, Noida. Freshers and experienced candidates who are 12th pass, graduates, or pursuing graduation can apply.

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing donors.

Explain NGO activities and fundraising initiatives.

Maintain professional relationships with donors.

Follow up with interested donors.

Support fundraising activities.

Achieve assigned calling and performance targets.

Requirements:

Good Hindi communication skills.

Basic English preferred.

Basic computer knowledge.

Confident and polite communication.

Comfortable with target-based calling and fundraising.

Salary & Working Hours:

Salary: ₹15,100 + ₹500 attendance bonus.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
