• Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with people over phone calls and explain relevant programmes or services.
• Build and maintain positive relationships through regular follow-ups.
• Respond to queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain call records, contact details and follow-up status.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely communication.
• Complete assigned daily activities and meet performance expectations.
• Maintain professionalism and accuracy while handling information.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 12th Pass; graduates are also welcome.
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
• Good Hindi communication skills and basic English.
• Confident telephone communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in an office-based environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
