Roles and Responsibilities
1. Handling Mutual Funds division and end-to-end operations of it.
2. MF corporate action process like reinvestment issue to clients by coordinating with AMC.
3. Effective handling & monitoring day-to-day Operations viz transaction processing, effective allotment/pay-outs, monitoring Controls, KYC, etc.
4. Form filling & client calling.
5. Smooth Branch coordination - to ensure minimal complaints and quick resolution
6. Handling various day-to-day transaction activities.
7. Monitoring activities and handling evaluation of Agents performance
8. Processing of Applications for new entities by uploading in software.
9. Ensuring Agents are compliant with the regulatory framework.
10. Support sub-agents regarding transactions, software installation, reimbursements, and reconciliation.
11. Administrative support for all data entry on daily basis with MS Excel.
